Thank you so much for supporting Liz Brownrigg ART! Each piece in my collection is handmade with care in my studio, and I want you to feel confident that your pottery will arrive safely and beautifully. Because I’m a one-woman studio, I appreciate your understanding and patience as I balance quality, care, and practicality in my shipping process.
Each order is packed by hand to ensure your pottery is well-protected. Orders usually ship within 3-7 business days if the piece is in stock. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer — estimated timeframes will always be included in the custom item description.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size. I primarily use Purolator, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post, depending on which service offers the most reliable and cost-effective delivery for your area.
All pieces are wrapped securely using eco-friendly and protective materials. I take great care to cushion and double-box fragile work whenever necessary.
Pottery is fragile, and although I pack each item carefully, occasional accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@LizBrownrigg.ART, stating in the subject line "Damaged" with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll gladly replace the piece (if available) or issue store credit for the item’s value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please reach out — I’ll help you track it and provide the details needed to file a claim with the carrier.
